Water Pump

Theme for Amy G's July Photo Day Challenge today is "water" and this is one of my two water shots for the day. This pump is purely decorative these days, but at one time it provided water for the original owners of our house. @grammyn Thanks... Seriously? The "memory queen" is asking the "I don't remember queen" a question about our past?! I vaguely remember a functioning pump somewhere... maybe the Mossers? Aren't they the ones who had a functioning outhouse? Makes sense that they might have a pump, too... :)
