Today we have three different species from the same family, all sharing that little beady black eye. Second is a Long Tailed Tit.
Scientifically these actually belong to the family (Aegithalidae), and not ( Paridae) which the rest of our Tits belong to, but they do share the common name of Tit.

They are such lovely little birds but they do flit about a lot. This is a lovely capture and a Fav. I know how difficult it is to get a good shot of them.
@Cherrill Thank you very much Cherill, I am hoping to, but not as many as last year, at a slightly more leisurely pace I think. I haven't actually got anything past the thinking about stage yet. At the moment I am slightly more tied with the Grandmonsters, not quite so easy just to vanish North.
But I am off in a couple of weeks in search of mountains and snow, but not islands.
