Getting todays shots proved to be very energetic, not. I went out in the car with the idea for a walk and some photos, parked up and putting coat and things on noticed the flocks of Thrushes in the near by trees. Nearby, as in the closest was about 8 feet away, I stood next to the car taking pictures, but realised that the birds would not use the closest tree. I walked round the car, got in the back seat put the window down and started taking shots from there. The birds moved closer and I got some nice shots including one I have not used on here which is a side view of a head, beak wide open, tongue visible and right on the tip of the tongue is a red berry. I got out of the car walked around to the drivers door and todays exercise was over !! Worn out, Lol. Oh, he is a Redwing by the way. A more aerial view is in my main album today.
