No pic today. Posting this instead because I thought some of you might be interested in being added to the Best of Pinterest Photographers Definitive List - especially if I've pinned a whole lot of your pics! The list is maintained by Farbspiel Photography and the link with instructions of how to get on the list is below. Once you are on the list, you add your BEST pic to THIS board! Pretty durn cool! TREY RATCLIFF is even on the list and I am just tickled pink to have my name on the same list with his name! Not that my stuff is any where near as good as HIS is. Just check out the names on the list - you might be surprised! LOL! Felt weird pinning my own pic, since the whole point of Pinterest is to share others' work and I do LOVE my 365 FAV Boards! Check it out when you have the time.
@vskolnik Vee, 365 is my biggest time suck! I just pin my favs which takes a few seconds and look at my boards at the end of the day. That's all. I don't spend time going through all of the other boards otherwise, I'd live there! Let me know if you want to join and I can send you an invitation. It's quicker that way and you get right in instead of waiting on Pinterest to set you up.
@karenann 365 is my biggest time suck! I just pin my favs which takes a few seconds and look at my boards at the end of the day. That's all. I admit that I do occasionally go through some of the other boards, but NO comments, just views or repins. It's all visual. Nothing like 365. No interaction. It's like a digital bulletin board. Very few comment. Most don't. otherwise, I'd live there and right now, it seems like I live here. LOL!
@purdey Are you on Pinterest yet? I thought you were but, maybe not. If you need an invitation, let me know. That's the quickest way vs. wait on Pinterest to set you up!
@beckys I really don't either, Becky! Pin my favs, look at my boards with all those great 365 favs and once in a while look at other boards. This is my biggest time suck right here. LOL!
I really like Pinterest! It takes a little of my time, but I have had to learn how to force myself off the computer and get out there and shoot for 365, so this addiction is helping me not get addicted there!
@vickisfotos Yes, I can see how it would become addictive. The photography aspect of it is different to me though. There are some great pros on Pinterest and they are an inspiration. A few folks here get ideas for new pics there, too. The point of "the list" is visibility though. Lots of people want their pics seen! Then some here don't. LOL!
@espyetta My pic on the screen shot is the top left but with photographers signing up very fast, it's probably some where toward the middle of the board now. LOL! MaryBeth, 365 is my huge time suck! Pinterest takes so little of my time. But the point of the list above is visibility for photographers and not the whole Pinterest thing.

@marlboromaam it is a great way to show off your pictures to people who are really interested. So many times I want to show family and friends, but they are just not into it and it is boring to them, so this is such a great way to show and tell...and learn from so many others too!
