The wild honeysuckle and the wild rose...
I used to do a good job of keeping them separated. Right now, they grow together. In the end and sadly, one will choke the other out.

Yeah, the honeysuckle is a woody vine and will choke out the wild rose if left to its own devices. They are very pretty together though. Thanks, Sarah!

Pretty. The honeysuckle reminds me of my childhood. A few of those plants were in the yard. We kids would eat the “honey.”
