Thank God for the trees that provide the shade. It's heating up in the midlands of South Carolina. Weatherman says temps in the HIGH 90s all next week with a heat index to put us in the triple digits. Looks like our summer has arrived with a vengeance!
Beautiful shot. Scenes like this are very welcome here at this time of the year to give us some shade from the scorching sun. Very often I cross from one side of a road to the other following the shade.
