I used to be better about gathering the fallen pine cones in the yards and dumping them into a corner in the back by the fence. 1. Keeps me from running over them and tearing up the lawn tractor belts. 2. It is convenient for the squirrels to come get them. 3. Makes for some great texture images. I'm leaning toward the name, Will Connor - at the moment, but it's not carved in stone yet.
That’s a lovely looking dog, I look forward to watching Will grow. Yes Connor does mean wise which makes me laugh as I work with one who is the opposite of his names origin. I do agree that it flows off the tongue nicely though.
Pine cones are one of my favorite things. Love your photo and all the textures. Looks like you got a dog too. Clicked on your link in one of your above comments. What a beauty full grown.
I liked your ideas of having Conall or Angus as the second names for their meanings of strength.
@kjarn Thank you, Kathy! I still like those names. I just want the names to roll off the tongue. LOL! Rough Collies originated from Scotland. This is something similar to what my Will will look like when he's grown - https://www.101dogbreeds.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Adult-Rough-Collie.jpg Connor means wise. =)
