Full of buds...

The dog fennel (aster family NOT carrot family) is full of thousands of buds and I can't wait for those teeny tiny little white flowers that fill the air with their light powdery scent! The pollinators love the blossoms. So do I. The best way to describe the fragrance is a similarity to a bath powder my grandmother used years and years ago. =)
