Image created in Photoshop layers with a few brushes.
It's not snowing in South Carolina, but we sure do have the cold temps. Seven mornings in a row coming below freezing with a wind chill of -8 degrees. Brrrr! Power was out due to the winds, so catching up with you now.
That's gorgeous Mags! Sorry for the cold temperatures. We have tons of snow and subfreezing temperatures coming tonight. But in Vermont it's expected at this time of the year :-)
I'm sorry neither of us got snow - the good thing with that down here is it only lasts a day or two (we're supposed to be high 40's by Sunday) but with the wind chill it was -12 this morning. Love what you did with this!
@skipt07 That's cool and what a compliment, but remember there are at least 10 different people who created those .abr brushes. As long as there is no money changing hands, they're free for personal use. =)
@skipt07 Oh, Skip - it's been so long now. Most of my brushes were downloaded over 12 years ago when I was a graphic designer for a church. Lately, I've done several google searches for free ps brushes and there are so many websites with so many splendid brushes it's hard to choose. Just check the copyright on each set and if it says free for personal use, then download! I'm sure you know what "free for personal use" means... can't use them in any way that would cause money to change hands - no use on business cards, or art for sale, etc. I don't mind it being on your FB page. I'm flattered. =)
@marlboromaam - I have PS 2023. It's the same way with fonts. Some are free for personal use. I have thought about installing a harddrive strictly for Photoshop and all of the things that go with it.
@skipt07 Oh! My PS is much older. Fonts and brushes take up very little space. My photos take up nearly half a terabyte. My apps, movies, and documents take up far less space than the photos. Keep in mind those layered psd files take up gobs of space. Best to delete them when you're done with them after you've saved a jpg file. I need to order a new iMac, but hopefully this one will keep running with my photo apps because I don't like the new way adobe does Photoshop now and I can't afford it now anyway.

I have downloaded a few but seldom use them.
I was just sending some people to check out you page. I would never consider selling someone else's work.
If you decide to go that route is up to you.
