Old corral and round pen... by marlboromaam

Old corral and round pen...

19 / 365
Empty since last August and still makes me sad. The grass grows tall where it would've been eaten by her. The leaves gather where they would've been trampled under her hooves, and the earth soaks up the rain where it would've been too packed to draw it in. I still miss you Little Bits, my beautiful friend and quirky mare.

Beautiful write, makes this shot so precious. Perhaps in time someone else will eat the grass, trample the leaves and fill the hole. Can feel the love Mags
