Storm approaches from the east... Best viewed large if you will!

Got very dark before the storm late yesterday afternoon. The clouds were looking pretty bad! Warning of 60 mph wind gusts, quarter-size hail, air to ground lightning and lots of rain! Got lots of wind, no hail, very little lightning and a few drops of rain. Well, they can't always get it right! But, this fella gets it right. "Thunder's just a noise boys. Lightning does the work!"

Really great capture ... one can feel the weather changing. I'd believe the weatherman if I saw those skies ...glad that nothing came of it. I love the lights of the oncoming car. Perfect catch!

Wow, that is so cool and dramatic looking. I can almost see Dorothy and Toto screaming -- "Oh, Auntie Em! Auntie Em! Open the damned cellar door and let me in already you bitch!"

Wellllll, that's the way it goes down in my version anyway. ;-P
