@dutchothotmailcom Thanks, Esther. With my house slippers on, I slip my feet into my muck boots and out the door we go. =) I bought them a little big just for that purpose.
I wish I had the sense to do that - but I usually try to combine my early morning dew drop hunt with my 5 mile walk and can't manage it in boots - though not sure soaking wet shoes & socks are the right answer either :)
@milaniet They aren't walking boots. I have athletic shoes for that but, not much walking these days with my bad knees. Five miles is a great accomplishment, Milanie! I'd be lucky to do one right now.
