Shot in black and white. So much going on with the wild Carolina jasmine in spring. They bloom while their seed pods split open to shed their seeds with the slightest movement. Then they grow new seed pods where the blossoms used to be and drop their leaves as new ones come in. Just simple personal observations about wild jasmine while I sit here and catch the heavenly scent of their bright yellow trumpet-shaped blossoms on the breeze.
A nice and soft close-up. I love jasmine and I had two plants growing in the front and back yards in Phoenix. Here in Vermont I believe the only way I can have jasmine is indoor!
@corinnec Thank you so much, Corinne! You could plant them in a big pot to put outside in spring and summer, then bring it in the house in fall and winter. I'd get one of those low platforms on wheels for it. =)
