Shot in black and white. Texture is usually the first thing to catch my eye when I shoot in black and white. WTH? Some boring insect or worm is attacking the larger Lady Banks vine stalks and left a mess behind. Something else to research and learn about. First I've seen of this.
I agree with your comment. Black and White allows the viewer to focus on the texture and the composition without being attracted/distracted by any colors.
