So frail - they crumble with a touch. Shot in "monochrome" mode with the Canon and the 18-55mm lens. Handheld, so not as sharp as I'd like. IS makes a big difference and I don't have it! Many thanks to those hanging with me while I learn how to use this newer camera.
You've got great tonal separation. In my humble opinion, give yourself time to 'learn' the camera. I've had my Nikon 810 (bought used) for 2 years and I am still so challenged by it.
Nice capture. To get it sharper, I think you need a little more DOF to get the big lower right leaf completely in focus. When you double the ISO, you get a faster shutter speed, what could help as well. 1/50 seems to be the lower limit for handheld with a 55 mm lens.
@talmon More ISO gives me a grainier shot. A narrower aperture would most likely have helped. This camera's shutter won't open if there's not enough light. I'm learning though. Thank you! =)
