Came across this old and fading photo recently. My Little Bits and me. We were a happy couple of gals here. I lovingly called her my knot-head mare. Recognize the hat? Gosh, I wish I still looked like that. LOL!
I think this photo was taken sometime in 2005 - almost two decades ago. I used a sidepull bridle with her - no bit. Loved my very comfortable well used saddle too.
She could be a handful - didn't like crossing ditches, stomped snakes into pancakes, and would sometimes crow hop if a horsefly bothered her backside - all while you were on her back! Bitsy needed a proper place in my album. She's been gone since 2010, but never forgotten.
