The source was natural back light through the windows. A smoke machine provided the diffusion. In Photoshop, I desaturated the image then ran it through a photo filter (I'm trying to remember if it was High Contrast Blue or High Contrast Red... I was experimenting,) which had the effect of reversing the light / dark lines on the woman's silhouette.
