For my birthday today, we went to a fabulous Japanese Ramen House called Ryoji that opened up down the street from my house. The decor of this place was GORGEOUS! Wood and glowing lamps everywhere as well as dark mirrors.
Posting this here because my main photo wasn't a self portrait - and at the start of this project I decided that is my photo-a-day theme this year (or at least for the next month or so... we'll see how it goes.)
Only had my camera phone with me, and it didn't deal well with the low light. So I changed the image to black & white in photoshop and did some filtering to get better levels once I got home.
