Well, we boarded our critters for 2 weeks while we were in the UK. The boarders did not follow instructions about keeping the long hair of our poodle's ears brushed, and upon our return we found that his ears were matted beyond repair.
After a visit with our groomer, the poodle now has a new winter hat, complete with flaps.
