Winter approaching, goodnights...goodbyes were said.
OK Here is the last of my ant's perspective six word stories. Not going for laughs this time.Sorry.
I looked up ant life cycles and life spans quickly this morning. Depending on the species, queens can live from one year up to 30 years. Some worker ants can live several years. Most ants live an average of 90 days or up to six months. They hibernate underground during the winter (those that live through the cycle of seasons, anyway).
And so my story --they bid each other goodnight or goodbye as winter approaches.
