This and the next photo were taken on the 22nd. Bill Pursley is the husband of one of our Deep Creek Needlecraft Club members, Kitty. (You don't have to do needlecraft to be a member --or I definitely wouldn't qualify.) It is the women's club in the Deep Creek rural neighborhood where Frank grew up. His grandmother was one of the founding members of the club, which is celebrating it's 100 year anniversary -- began April 2nd, 1914. We gathered as many of the current members as were available at the schoolhouse for a group photo. Bill took the pictures.
