On the Roof Looking Down by mcsiegle

On the Roof Looking Down

OK -- some explanation. First, this was taken in response to my get pushed challenge from Jocasta @jocasta to shoot from up high looking down. I went out on the flat roof of the addition to our house. Up there I found (to no surprise) that there were unripe mullberries all over the corner under the tree. I have NEVER see it like this. They are all over the ground below. I never even knew it was a mulberry tree until I saw the ground littered with the berries. Anyway, I thought I would take a photo that showed both the roof and the ground. It turned out to be less photographically interesting than I had hoped. But I'm posting it anyway. I do sort of like the white line the gutter makes in the middle. Has anyone else seen this phenomenon (not-yet-ripened mullberries all over)?

I only took one shot -- perhaps intuiting that it was boring, but mainly because I got sidetracked into mucking out parts of the gutter (seen here) with the hand that was NOT holding the camera.
@jocasta Ha! I must be losing it. I again forgot to tag you in a comment. This was taken on Wednesday -- not very interesting -- posted mainly to show I was thinking about the challenge.

I really like it - I like the lines and all the different textures - think you rocked this challenge.
