Another shot taken at the Festival of Lights happening on Blue Earth Plaza downtown Manhattan (Kansas) next to the Flint Hills Discovery Center. My get pushed challenge was to "produce a photo which depicts man made vibrant colours." Please forgive the mass upload. I'm trying to catch up.
