Nancy @nanderson gave me a get pushed challenge to make a bw candid portrait. This is Rossana Fialdini Zambrano, a Visiting Assistant Professor, who I took to lunch before she left the next day. Next year, I will miss seeing her come through the office.
This is a pretty mundane shot, but at least I have a picture to remember Rossana by. I wish we could see her eyes, but the sunlight was bothering her eyes either direction she faced and making her squint, so the dark glasses were an improvement.
@nanderson here is a portrait for you. Too bad I didn't get your challenge the week before. A week ago, on Mother's Day, I went out to the dam and reservoir with my brother and niece and got some pictures of them I liked (not b/w though).
