Tomorrow at the stroke of midnight these balloons will be released on the New Year's eve event for kids at the Flint Hills Discovery Center. I just liked the odd juxtaposition of the balloons with the expansive outdoor scene painted on the wall of the Discovery Center.
It is an interesting sight. You fooled me into thinking you had captured the hawk next to the netted balloons outside on a hill. I'll bet the children really enjoy all the balloons being let go.
