One of three photos I'm posting for my get pushed challenge given to me by Laura @la_photographic to do a landscape, seascape, or skyscrape. I live about as far from the sea as you can get here in the U.S., but I do have a large body of water nearby and this was a perfect excuse to go out to Tuttle Creek Dam and photograph the lake created with the building of the dam in the 50's and 60's on the Big Blue river. It was a beautiful morning and I wish I hadn't had to come back into town and go to work in the afternoon. This was taken from a lookout point on the west side of the lake just above the dam, looking across the lake and to the North.
