The main water line coming into our basement was old and had gotten corroded and was starting to leak. So on Tuesday, this is what was happening in our front yard, across the sidewalk, and out to the street. The young man in the ditch is Anthony, who was kind enough to help me with another small problem, also.
What a mess, eh? I had to have that done some years ago, and it involved tearing up a beautifully landscaped front yard. Very disheartening. I hope all this is over for you soon -- you've made a nice collage of the event!
