Dinosaurs Celebrate Odd Day by mcsiegle

Dinosaurs Celebrate Odd Day

Yesterday (Friday) was not only Friday the 13th, it was also Odd Day. Or, I should clarify, it was North American Odd Day. The last time this century that all three numbers of the date will line up as a consecutive series of odd numbers -- 11/13/15. That's if you put the month first, as we generally do here. Great Britain and a large part of the rest of the world celebrated their last odd day in 2013 -- the ninth of November, which looks like this: 9/11/13.

The dinosaurs and Neanderthal Man decided to celebrate Odd Day this week, as the first theme they, themselves, have chosen. Before, they were taking a cue from the 365 Toys group. Now they're on their own (well, on their own, with me along to make sure things don't get too crazy -- and, not incidentally, to take the photo.)

The dinosaurs kindly designed a photo shoot that I could do with my iPod, since the camera is still kaput. I thought they were very clever and commend them on their first week's picture. The themes committee should be particularly acknowledged for the research they put in this past week.

I can't wait to see what they come up with for next week!
Brilliant love this little series and the interesting info.
