my get pushed partner Kathy @kathyboyles gave me this challenge: "I love Peanut and would like to see an interesting photo of your cat."
Unfortunately, Peanut is not our cat, but the next door neighbor's cat; sometimes she hangs around our back yard practically the whole day. Other times we don't see her in our yard at all for days or weeks on end. This week was one of those times. No Peanut on Monday, no Peanut on Tuesday, no Peanut on Wednesday etc etc.Today around 5:00 pm (Sunday -- end of the week for this challenge) I was out front and heard my neighbor calling her in. She wasn't in the front of the house. I checked our back yard -- just in case. No Peanut. Then I went back out front to my car and THERE she was on the front sidewalk. I picked her up and knocked on the neighbor's door. There went my last chance to photograph Peanut! It would have been getting dark soon, anyway.
Well, the dinosaurs came to my rescue. Here they are in front of the computer looking at some of the photos we've made and posted over the past months and trying to choose which to put in the family album. Into the middle of the dinosaurs' family pictures on the screen, I put a photo of Peanut that I took for a different get pushed challenge some time ago. The dinosaurs were NOT amused, but I got an "interesting" picture of Peanut for Kathy.
@mcsiegle that is indeed an interesting photo and an even more interesting story. My apologies for giving you such an impossible challenge. I didn't mean to. Great job!
