I only did a few of the daily challenges (so far) during the month of The January Challenge. I hope to do more of them and post on the days belatedly. The challenge for this day came from a woman who calls herself the banana bruiser. Her art is really amazing (and also a bit weird considering the medium and method she uses). She does a banana a day, photographs it, posts it to Instagram, then eats the banana. The challenge was to try her technique—“No ink is used. The banana is bruised”. My banana art is rather crude (“elementary,” to use a less negative term). But I was proud of myself for trying it. Now that I’ve read a bit more of her description of her process, who knows? I may give it another try sometime. Her website where you can see examples of her work: https://www.bananabruiser.com/
Fabulous what an artist -- just looked up the banana bruiser's web ! And you have made a wonderful start - -- must buy bananas on my next weekly shop !! whether I shall have the guts to post my attempt here or not is to be decided later !!
@grammyn Hahaha! Thank you for the affirmation. My banana art is very elementary (crude is actually the more accurate word, but we’ll be generous) I’m glad you checked out the Banana Bruiser’s website. Amazing what can come out of boredom during lockdown/quarantine!
What a story and you've captured the results well Mary. I'm awed by the artist. I'm glad that she eats the banana but in some respects it's a shame for it to disappear.

I am very impressed with your artistic skills and this banana. Add to that your photographic skills and you have a double artistic influence.
Fab skills you have
