Best on black. The funny thing is there digging up the road for cabling and restructure, its then been resurfaced and and they have only painted the resurfaced part of the road, so the rest of the road marking is left. Or run out of paint. Made for a nice abstract thou.
I worked for 30 years in public Civil Engineering and it never ceases to amaze me how contractors will save literally pennies on a multi-million dollar project by cutting these corners. Seriously, wth?!
