Busselton Jetty Train by merrelyn

Busselton Jetty Train

We finally managed a trip out to the end of the Busselton Jetty. The heritage listed jetty extends 1.841 kilometres over the protected waters of Geographe Bay. It is the longest timber piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere. The jetty is also home to an underwater observatory (one of only six in the world).
What fun that must have been, fabulous capture and scene.

This brings back memories from last year - the train was fun - better than the long walk in the rain. We liked the aquarium too... :)

great capture - when we were there 20+ years ago I'm sure this wasn't there! I must get over and visit again :)
