My Jerusalem artichoke plants are now taller than me and they're flowering beautifully. The bees are having a lovely time with the flowers. I'm looking forward to lots of lovely slow roasted tubers dripping with caramelised balsamic vinegar, but I still have a bit of of wait until they're ready to harvest.
