This is really cool... I can’t believe how flexible their necks are... the third in from the right has his/her head upside down getting to that back wing.
Great shot. I like the reflections under the sand bar. Fav. No pelicans in B.C. where I live but this time last year I was in Goolwa, on the Murray River in SA, and had the opportunity to see and shoot many pelicans. They seem to love posing.
