I Think He's Giving Me the Evil Eye

Spotted this Cooper's Hawk (I think) on the highway utility line a week ago but too much traffic to stop - been checking for him there ever since and he was back this afternoon. Got at least 5 decent shots - in fact, he was still watching me when I left.
