Must be Getting Lucky

I have very little luck catching a shot of the Road Runner usually - but spotted this one back in the brush, stayed in the car with the window rolled down and engine running, and took at least 8 shots - he never paid any attention to me. Love their long tail.

OMG, I LOVE Roadrunners!!! But they are very rare around here and I've yet to actually get any kind of shot of them. Lucky indeed, what fabulous detail and color you were able to capture!

I've never actually seen one except in the cartoon "The Road Runner" and I must say, this one doesn't look one bit like it!
