He's sure not in MY insect book - rather neat looking (especially viewed large). Has been back to the same leaf for 3 days now - and since I couldn't find anything else to shoot , he got his turn today. Been noticing far more bugs than flowers lately. Phooey.

Lovely light and color in this shot. It is a bit hard to identify the bug at this angle, but if you post another shot, I will ask my sister, who has her Ph.D. in entomology.
