It looks as if he's gotten comfortable with having his picture taken! Ooo, I just want to reach out and pet that soft squirrel fur. I bet it's velvet smooth. Great catch of him having a bite of lunch.
As for how the leaves were so nicely arranged at the bottom of the slide's steps, I think because it was quite breezy, the leaves were staying put only where the grass was, but blowing away from the bare dirt. I thought about laying Benny in that dirt, to make more of a story with the picture, but I couldn't bare to have it appear he'd fallen so I skipped that idea. Sentimental me, huh? And yes, it's a real delight having parrots as family members.
Love this, great capture. Your comment about falling debris reminded me that one day ,after Dave and I had visited his mother's grave, we were pelted with nuts by an angry squirrel as we walked back to the car.
@ceilidh love your Comment Margaret back to Milanie could not help but lol its the way it was worded by how you expressed about the angry Squirrel pelted you with Nuts .
Great photo!
