Butterfly Hunting

Best on black. I went butterfly hunting up to Mt. Magazine - The only plant they were interested in was the thistle. If you could find it, you would find them. I hadn't seen too many Giant Swallowtails before. They were all over the thistle.

Wonderful light - it really brings out the stined-glass window effect of the butterfly's wings. Great clarity too.
I see there's a bug amongst the petals of the thistle as well.
