Diary shot. This morning’s new view from our bedroom window. New? New because yesterday there was a tree in front of the window. We are already in full spring, and the trees have their leaves. But then we had very heavy snowfall and the wet and heavy snow damaged a lot of trees. So said tree has a bent and split trunk now, and buried also the flowering lilac bush. It’s not the only damage; everywhere you hear the sound of snapping branches.
Yes, it is April 28th, but it looks very Christmassy.
Oh gosh...while beautiful, it's heartbreaking to see nature fooling the trees and plants like this. I hope it melts quickly and most are able to recover. Very sad about the split tree.
Snow here too .... damaged leafed and flowering trees here too ... It's so nasty out though I'm not sure I'll get a diary shot. Your new view is nice, despite the cause.
