2018-05-06 rhubarb ribbon

Found beauty while preparing a rhubarb compote this morning. A very thin slice of rhubarb "peel", coiled up like a silk ribbon.

Looks like I am back to normal, seeing beauty in the mundane things, after my imaginative excursion in composite photography yesterday. Thanks for the kind commends for the "support" picture.

Looks amazing. Love the reflection. I never peel rhubarb. Wash, cut and cook the whole stems with apple and sultanas.
