2021-03-03 going RAW, the pastabilities are endless!

😉 Raw spaghetties beeing the sun of my day. For the rainbow month "yellow"!

I think somebody will be unhappy in the first moment tonight. "He" saw me playing with the pasta, but it is Risotto ai Funghi con Luganighe (Risotto with mushrooms and a special sausage from the italian part of Switzerland) for dinner. Well not to bad either, imho.

Love it. Great composition and beautifully done. When I put my spaghetti, with that slight twist to sort of spiral out into the pot of boiling water, they always open up at the centre.
