My town hosts a place where these travelling craftsmen, who are no longer apprentices, come and stay for free. According to my knowledge, they work pro bono.
Here, they just show off... the one on the ground is throwing a screwdriver to the one on top of the ladder. I don't know if I should say stupid or skilled. I go for skilled, just because it is positive. I am pretty sure they know what they are doing.
