Three Spires

Lichfield Cathedral,the only medieval cathedral in Britain with three spires,a dramatic symbol of the Trinity, and built in Saxon times,around 600AD,when Chad became bishop. It recently exhibited the now famous 'Staffordshire Hoard' of Anglo Saxon gold treasure,which was found in a field not far away.
