About a week ago, while I was doing my volunteer work at the Logan Art Gallery, one of the staff members admired the scarf I had started knitting and asked how long it would take to finish. I asked when she needed it by and she said last Friday night when there was an opening on that very subject.
I finished it and found it wasn't as long as I thought it was going to be... however, she was happy with it and bought it for $15. I did say to her that if she wasn't happy with it in any way that I have enough wool to knit another one exactly the same; but longer, however, she said she loves it.
A happy customer... my first and hopefully not my last.
Writer, poet, artist and prolific reader.... that's me.
I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.
Otherwise, I love...
@digitalrn@annelis@margielarriva@loey5150 thank you all for your lovely comments. I'm currently working on a nice green one and will begin working on another few and see if I can sell them at the gallery store too. :)
