I was at the bus stop down the road this morning when I spotted this dreadful way of advertising for young people.
Whatever happened to the days when Pepsi was good old Pepsi and Coke-a-Cola was good old Coke-a-Cola? Why does everything have to be so extreme, to the max and over the top?
Writer, poet, artist and prolific reader.... that's me.
I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.
Otherwise, I love...
@digitalrn you know, it wasn't so long ago, I would have thought that this kind of thing would have been a cool, fun thing. But now, I don't. It's horrible to tempt kids with this much caffeine and to allow them to damage themselves so easily and quickly. When I was younger, it was people drugging your drinks that was a big problem, now it's mixing these drinks and alcohol that's the big problem... where is the government going to draw the line and save our young people from self-destructing?
@bkbinthecity@digitalrn thank you both for your lovely comments. It is such a pity this kind of advertising is aimed at the younger generation; who think they are bulletproof. I really don't like this kind of advertising... it's not positive; but it is a money-maker.
