Yesterday, I had a heck of a busy day at the Logan Art Gallery. There was a family and history day to commemorate 150 of the South Pacific and Somoans being here in Australia. There's a big art/photo graphic display of some of our footy players who are part Fijian, Samoan and Maori all dressed in tradition garb and photographed. Fantastic to see; and I didn't recognise them this way... not without their football jerseys!
Otherwise, when I arrived home, I made myself a pizza dough. But, had to wait an hour for it to rise. So, on went the oven, and the bowl was placed on the stove to make it warm... the first photo is the size it was originally. The second photo is what it looked like an hour later. The third photo is what the pizza looked like cut in half, rolled out (with the other half put in the freezer in cling wrap) and cooked up... very delish! I ate the whole thing too!
Writer, poet, artist and prolific reader.... that's me.
I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.
Otherwise, I love...
@bkbinthecity@digitalrn thank you both for your lovely comments. I do love home made pizza. The dough is always so nice and soft and the crust is always the best to eat last :D
