We call them a Cone Flower. They come in different colors but yellow is a fav of mine. Great close-up! A little gray here so thank you for providing sunshine!!!
I looked in my flower book and it looks like a Galliardia, there are lots of different varieties. Whatever, the colours are beautiful, just what we need at the moment. Where did you see this?
Daisies are often like the coverall name for flowers like this. Many are really variations of mums. But...to me...anything with petal like this are daisies. Love the color capture of this one, Livia. Nicely done.
Have a small section in our garden that's full of those. They usually bloom in the spring, but die out before summer. But not all. For some reason there's always or two that pop up all the way till winter. Great color.
