So this is the print screen of where I'm at.
I do not understand exactly what I do for
step 6.
BLEND the right hand sections of the top layer by selecting (is it highlighted) the top layer and using the eraser tool to remove or blend any overlapping sections do not look right.
From the print screen you can see the select pull down menu. Or how do I select the top layer? and where is the eraser? How do I get an option to erase OR BLEND? My photo shop program is left at this point so I can do what I need to unless I went too far.
ah ha .. from the screenshot ...the eraser is just above the paint bucket on the very left (looks like a 3D rectangle) , BUT now I also see you have the magic eraser active, so... hold down THAT button and a fly out button will pop up with options of Eraser, Magic eraser & Background eraser. Click on the plain eraser ( no star attacher or anything) to get the normal eraser.
it really does get easier ! Just don't get frustrated. PS is NOT particularly user-friendly, so EVERYONE struggles, and it does SO much stuff, the hardest part is to start learning with the easy stuff.
