Had the kids decorate gingerbread cookies. We also made some sugar cookies but after I saw what they did to the gingerbread I realized the "sugar" cookies were unnecessary! I will serve these cookies to the kids and make sure I borrow someone's trampoline to jump on after they are done LOL! This is more of a memory making than a photo taking moment but it's all good!
Nice, warm colors. Girl concentrated on X-mas cookies. The upper and right crop is well done. Give it a try doing also some cropping donw and left and maybe even right. Leaving things away puts even more focus on girl and cookies. (if I may be so free to give suggestions. They are also welcome to me!)
@marlboromaam She is cute and has such a fun personality! She really let her "over the top" decor come out as she expressed herself in each cookie! It was fun. I took Lots of cookie pictures but I didn't know if anyone wants to see all of those unique designs!
@djepie Thank you for your feedback - I really am in the learning stages and I am doing a lot of trail & error with my shots. (maybe more error than I like but .... someday I will be the one to beat in all of those 365 challenges LOL
Oh what fun and great memories of when my grandchildren were that age. still have a lot of pictures eve on 365 from the Christmas season.

@Kathy: the nice thing is that the steps to improve very often are just small ones that have great effect! For myself also I am so interested in what grow I will see in these 365 days. Some years ago with my first dSLR I spent much time on http://zoom.nl/browse/newest/per_page/30/index.html, more specific http://djepie.zoom.nl and learned a lot. So let's stimulate each other
Nice memory shot! Sometimes those are the best... even after nearly a year I sometimes just go for the memory and don't worry so much about the art. My project... my decisions! but I still like to learn and do enjoy the comments/critiques from fellow photographers.
@bruni I'm so behind in responding to the comments from pictures. It really was fun spending time with them too! She had fun and that's all that matters. Thank you so much for the great feedback you have given to me on several of my photo's!
